Getting into shape is always a daunting task, especially when just starting out or getting back into the routine. Most folks can feel out of place or self-conscious at the gym, and finding other like-minded people to help motivate you is hard. This is where the weekly Furfit can help!
Every Tuesday at 6pm you will meet with other furs interested in getting back into shape. No judgment, just good exercise in a comfortable and supportive environment. The weekly furfit will be hosted by ChronoWolf, each 1 hour session will feature a 15 minute warm up, and 45 minutes of various cardio and bodyweight oriented exercises. We know there will be a variety of fitness levels participating, so you can take any of the exercises at your own pace.
