Snargle

Hiya! I’m Studley Snargle! I’m a being called a ‘Snargle’, which are magical cuddly aliens from outer space. I joined the fandom in 2019, having had a love for anthropomorphic creatures and characters. Throughout my time, I have met so many wonderful and huggable folks in my time. This fandom inspired me to get involved in the community. I am currently a staff member at AWU, and I always seek out opportunities to help out my fellow fantastical furry friends. I always strive to create a safe and friendly space for the people around me, and I hope to continue to provide that for this community.

In my day-to-day life, I am an art nerd. I am a self-taught visual artist, DJ, musician and writer. I love to learn new skills and express those skills in my creative ventures. I also have a passion for theatre and acting, and this fandom has given me opportunities to express that passion through my own fursuit, or Snargle-suit. When I wear my Snargle-suit, I feel I become the goofy alien I created, and it brings me joy to provides laughs and smiles to those who interact with me as the Snargle.

I cannot fully express how much this fandom has changed my life for the better. I believe this leadership position is another great step in giving back to the community, but regardless, I am always one to help and serve those around me, especially my fellow furs, all of whom I care very deeply about. I believe everyone of us has something special to offer, even if we do not see it for ourselves, and I hope through some of my efforts, I can help my community bring that special something to the world and beyond.
